Phase 3
All of the analysis and planning lead to this moment, our partnership is underway. Our team will not only be performing your billing services but will be monitoring to make necessary adjustments to ensure optimum performance.
Phase 4
We now have the critical infrastructure in place. Rock will be assessing performance and offering suggestions to increase billing revenue. We begin our monthly performance meetings where data will drive process improvements.
